Risky business, wildcards.
Jakob747 said:Cheers. I really dig your squad btw. Strong selection. Lets both cross our fingers for Fabrice Jeandesboz; I have very high expectations for him this coming season. He had excellent form coming out of the Tour. Top-5 on Lagunas de Neila shows his enormous qualities. Having read that he has had a strong off-season and dropped a few kilos (Normally he is around 70kg-68kg) but entering this year he is down to 65kg makes me even more optimistic. I hope we get to see him shine a lot in the mountains this year!

The Hitch said:lol what do people expect Duarte will do? leave the team and go back to Colombia? If Giro was a big aim in the first place he wouldn't have chosen coledeportes.
Its not like he has any major Gt points to defend from last year other than the 40 he got for placing 2nd on stage Weening won.
I wish the wildcards came out earlier so that all those people who actually thought he would do the Giro and think he will struggle for points without it, wouldnt pick him and hed be more exclusive.
Hes the team leader for a team that will contest many major European races. 300 is not a big price to pay for that kind of role placed on the shoulders with that kind of a talent.
So says Ryo. Mind, he also said he'd ride the Giro for sure and possibly the Vuelta and the Tour of the Whole Universe. The Hitch said:Hes the team leader for a team that will contest many major European races.
Kvinto said:I can't tell the same about Betancur, but it's even good for Di Luca. He should ride smaller races while doing Giro is a waste of his CQ potential![]()
