Ye Ratto ftw! went for him in the thread about voting who was going to win the TDU! Although that might be more hope then really thinking he is going to win however I think he can do great on Willinuga hill.

The Aussie championship has been downgraded, as only the top 5 nations get 70 points for their TT winner. Australia was fourth in the 2010 nation ranking, but sixth in 2011.

It all depends on the Nation ranking from the year before, don't know exactly but the 2011 nationals for Aus were the highest classification (NC1) because of their high position in 2010, in 2011 they must've slipped down the Nation ranking as their Nationals are now only NC2.

Gerrans got only 100 pts for the RR win. It means they are in the 2nd category..

It was discussed on Italian newssites, but nothing serious at the moment. Last year the organizers of Vuelta Colombia invited ASA to their race because of Betancur. With no Giro in their legs, this could become reality in 2012 if Betancur stays with ASA.

In a different interview Garzelli talked about targeting Tirreno and then trying to get a Wild Card for the Tour de Suisse. We'll have to wait and see.
