Pais Vasco is going great for me: I've got Henao, Spilak, Kiserlovski and Poels all up there.

Then again, Brajkovic, Jeannesson and Pinot are lettin me down. Especially Brajko and Pinot, since they were reasonably expensive picks. Jeannesson almost into profit, so I'm not to worried about him, but I really expected Brajko and Pinot to do well this season. And I need their precious points to make up for not having Boonen and Pozzato :D

Jani to win Dauphiné and finish top 10 in Tour.

Yeah, I mean, wasn't he sick last year? He can't be having an even crappier season than when he was sick the entire year. :p

Yes.

Also, allow me to do a happy dance because tomorrow's last stage of Circuit Sarthe (or something) is a flat stage which means Boaro's second stage is pretty much locked up which means POINTZZ and PROFIT!! AND... He's one of my unique picks :D

Good pick! I'm always happy when someone's unique pick pays off :)

:) Now only my four Danes need to get into profit and I have another four unique picks that are paying off.

Hm... I don't like that BWC is starting nowhere. Now Tommy won't score points. :(

But... He only needs six points to get into profit. So that isn't too much.

I hate to rain on your parade but couldn't Ventoso be doing something to try take overall GC honours which would invariably then see Boaro go down to 3rd ( i think ).

He could but Boaro just needs to finish top 4. He already had 15 points and scored 10 with his second place in the TT and he only cost 67.

Gaëtan Bille is a profitable unique for me after his win yesterday. Doesn't quite make up for having Andy Schleck.Yet.

Durbridge can turn out to be a very, very, VERY good pick actually. I didn't pick him because I thought he would do the track worlds and olympics - otherwise I would have for sure.

I'm glad that Ratto is showing his talent in Pais Vasco. It doesn't amount in many CQ points but he's showing what he's capable off if he gets the opportunities. Outside the game I'm happy for him as well.

Edit: And why didn't I pick Kiserlovski instead of Betancur? :(

Actually, looking back, Kiserlovski should've been an obvious pick.

I thought originally he was quite a way down the pecking order - in the races he's ridden you'd have expected (on paper at least) him to be riding for Kreuziger or Brajkovic, as Astana have plenty of leaders. I left him out on that basis, and elected for two leaders (Duarte and Betancur) instead of a domestique like Kiserlovski. Obviously regretting it now!

Bouhanni reached even today and Durbridge takes the GC at the Circuit de la Sarthe, so all in all a good day. I need Spilak and Rogers to do a good ITT tomorrow to save my Pais Vasco though.
The best part of week was Nibali gaining points without even racing :D Thank you Contador.

Yay for Bouhanni!

Pais Vasco still looking good with Kiserlovski, Spilak, Poels and Henao.

Especially since the TT seems technical and with a few really steep stretches, which favours all my picks that are high in the GC.

Kiserlovski for the podium :)

If Jeannesson and Spilak do a great TT (they did a great climbing TT in PN:p), then by the end of Pais Vasco, Kiserlovski, Jeannesson and Spilak might be in the profit.
