Well maybe my faith wasn't totally misplaced in Kittel after all, I guess time will tell. A total of 162 out of Scheldeprijs so hopefully enough to stop my slide backwards

Meyer and Hepburn currently placed for points in Sarthe but see what happens there. Haven't had much luck in the cobbles yet, still hoping that Langveld can capitalise on the form he is carrying.

Don't think it will be a great week but maybe enough to hold position

Meyer dropped a bit in the GC.... but, Rolland's looking to earn me some points instead. :D

Considering the only thing my team in Pais Vasco has done is a bloody good leadout for Impey and get dropped when in the break thrice al ready, it's nice that at least Rolland is getting some shape for LBL, earning some points along the way. :)

Things just keep getting worse for my team. At least it was nice of some of the "climbers" on my team (Pinot, Dombrowski, Landa) to keep my "sprinter," Michael Matthews, company on today's mountain stage.

Finally the fawker Romain Feillu start scoring some points. I really dont have much going on for Paris - Roubaix or the Basque Country so I have to score some minor points from all those little races. It will be hard to get back to the TOP 100

A bit?
Dropping from 3rd to out of the points (or near enough) isn't a bit. And I had such hopes for him. Seems that Hepburn had to help keep him there so lost his top 10 as well.
Oh well at least Rory took over that position for me so I might get something out of this race yet.

Any idea what the next stage is like?

Also looks like Anton went MIA and I took Pinot instead of Rolland :(

I think someone on the OGE staff is playing this game and didn't pick Matthews. Mother****ers wont give him a chance :(

I have Matthews, too, but honestly, other than TDU, I don't think OGE screwed up too badly. They usually back the "right" sprinter, IMO.

Goss still gave a decent showing on that Stirling stage- sure Matthews had won the bunch sprint twice there but some rider dropped back when Slagter went- costing Goss the chance to win.

@Jancouver: I am also happy that Feillu finally went well- hopefully he can continue pick up points at smaller races.

Hoping for Porte or Quintana to win Pais Vasco and Langeveld, Thomas, Oss to top 10 at PR.

Feillu was injured towards the end of the last season. His form is gradually picking up and ahould score some points in the French cup races.

Hopefully he does Tretino again like last year, but now seriously, taking points there, and then un to a top 5 in LBL

Sky is toying with the cycling world. Last year it was Wiggo, this year it is Porte. Who is it going to be next year? Whoever figures that out wins next years manager game.

Porte looking good, almost a thousand points in April:eek:

Yeah, Who would have thought. I guess only a very few Aussies have him.

aaaanddd my only rider to finish PV is Pinot at 40th :(

I remember in the first version of my team I had Betancur and Quintana and bragging about how much south americans I had in my team in the thread before the teams were submitted. In the end only Rujano and Ospina made the cut (I also had Duarte, Monsalve and Anacona in that team).
