23rd on the week, moving up to 32nd overall. Slowly but surely... decent week with Le Bon and van Poppel and van Baarle picking up some 'uniquer' points...

This week:

Taiwan

Formolo (and he was in the top 16 rider break today, so it bodes well for some points... I'm hoping his attacking nature leads to something more like podium than 12th overall)

Paris-Nice

Boasson Hagen
Phinney
Goss
Vanendert
Boonen
Andy Schleck
Coppel

Looking pretty brutal already. Only Coppel made the split in the first stage, so I'm gonna have to hope for some stage wins. Eddy Boss?

Tirenno

Aru (I think)
Brajkovic
Moser
Van den Broeck
Battaglin
Teklehaimanot
Contador
Sam Bennett

Well Contador, duh. I'd be surprised to get much out of anyone else, to be honest. Battaglin is playing second fiddle to Colbrelli at the moment, Bennett is good but not good enough to kill this insane sprinting field, VdB is okay, but nobody else has shown anything.

Two Dutch 1.1 races on the weekend

Daniele Colli

Always with a chance, but with Finetto and Ponzi on the team, it'll have to be his day.

My worst week so far - 64 Points. Good bye top ten :(
Paris - Nice looks horrible already for me. However, I have good hopes for T-A :
Kessiakoff
Kangert
Basso
Nerz
Nuyens
Van den Broeck
Uran
Durbidge
Contador
Thurau

5 GC riders (Kangert, Basso, VdBroeck, Uran and Contador) that can crack top 20 overall, if not top 10 and a podium or win is possible (Contador, Uran). Stage wins with Durbridge and maybe a few points for Nerz. Top Ten I will be back next week.

148th of 150 this week, with only 34 points

I thought it was a bad one.

Drop of 11 places to 24th.

Big Loser.

Well Goss got 28 points today for his second place so he seems to have heard you.
Degenkolb, Goss and Boonen make today's stage a very worthwhile one. Degenkolb has a good chance tomorrow and the next day as well if he can hang on.

Nice to see Goss finally showing some sign of life. Apart from that Paris-Nice has been a disaster for me. 10 guys at the start, and apart from Boonen in 18th spot my second best overall is Wellens in 73rd place:confused:

Sign of life maybe, but i just watched Goss have the perfect sit on Degenkolb as Degenkolb went from too far out and Goss wasn't even able to get out of his slip stream. I doubt Goss is going to turn a huge profit this year, and it's disappointing as I picked him too. Though you never know maybe he's aiming at the late season classics and doesn't want to peak too early.

Goss, Boonen and few other popular picks are completely irrelevant for this game as they are on just about every team.

BOONEN Tom 135
SCHLECK Andy 123
MOSER Moreno 103
GOSS Matthew 102
VAN DEN BROECK Jurgen 93
DE GENDT Thomas 88
GERDEMANN Linus 87
KESSIAKOFF Fredrik 87
CHAVES RUBIO Jhoan Esteban 86
ARU Fabio 84
HESJEDAL Ryder 78

Well; I'm currently sitting in 125th spot, so even if you claim that Goss is irrelevant I like to take the positive approach and saying that at least 24 of the players above me are missing him:cool: Still actually think Goss can be a decent pick this year, but certainly no game changer...

Since PN starts today I'll post my team :p

PN
SERPA Jose Rodolfo
WACKERMANN Luca
GALLOPIN Tony
MONFORT Maxime
VANENDERT Jelle
BOONEN Tom
SCHLECK Andy
JUNGELS Bob
VOECKLER Thomas
COPPEL Jérome
VILLELLA Davide
FEILLU Romain
GOSS Matthew

Fortunately most of them didn't lose to much time in the crashes in the flat stages. Only Voeckler hurts a bit, but he'll win a stage or two from breaks.:p

I really need to go well here to compensate for TA though...

TA
LUTSENKO Aleksey
VAN DEN BROECK Jurgen
BENNATI Daniele
KENNAUGH Peter
MOSER Moreno

OK here is my weeks prospects

T-A (I have sent a strong team:D)

PORTE RICHIE
CONTADOR VELASCO ALBERTO
URAN URAN Rigoberto
MALORI adriano
BASSO IVAN
BENNETT SAM
KENNAUGH PETER
GOOS MARC

Given the right set of results I could actually get as many points from the team time trial as I did last week

P-N

YATES SIMON
BOONEN TOM
SCHLECK ANDY
CHAVANEL Sébastien

Will pick up the odd few points, hoping Andy doesnt abandon:D

Two 1.1 races in the Netherlands at the weekend

FERNANDEZ ANDUJAR RUBEN
BOBRIDGE JACK
MCEVOY JONATHAN

Presuming this is a flat course, not expecting a lot.

P -N sucks for my team. I have 9 riders in there and the best one in GC in 69th with almost 4 min back, can you believe that? Hardly any points in the sprints either. Don't like P-N format this year.

I still have 4 riders in the top 30 of the GC, Serpa, Monfort, Gallopin and Jungels, unfortunately none in the top 20!

I've got Thomas and Stybar plus Jungels, can't see Thomas being in yellow after tomorrow though but he should still get me a fair few points.

Formolo stealing 40+ points from Taiwan is nice. He's almost into profit.

PN looked promising as well with Jungels, Boonen, van Rensburg and Gallopin scoring/"scoring" today. To bad they all lost time yesterday.
