Oh yes finally I'm moving on the right direction. I already have like half the points from last year

Not the best nor the worst scenario I had envisioned. How are my fellow Remco-owners feeling about the news that the Giro will be the first race of his season, and the only one before the Olympics? Even with his injury, I was a little surprised to hear that. Every day that he races is a day he can pick up big points, so that's a bit concerning. On the other hand, if he's fresh in the second half of the season he might be flying and ride a rich vein of form all over the autumn calendar, which of course would be a welcome top-up in the context of this game. Hard to say, but I remain cautiously optimistic.
Evenepoel is not in my team (I really wanted him there, but just couldn't get myself to do it, although it was a once in a lifetime opportunity to have all of Sagan, Alaphilippe and Evenepoel in my team - what a dream!), but even so, I hope he has a good season. He's just a joy to watch so I'm bummed he's not riding. Of course, cynically speaking with this game in mind, I'm happy he's not on the road tearing everything apart. How are my fellow Remco-owners feeling about the news that the Giro will be the first race of his season, and the only one before the Olympics? I'm pretty busy right now so I'm not as active in the thread as I would like but I just wanted to come and gloat a little. After a slow start this year (not entirely unexpected given the makeup of my team as I have Remco +a bunch of GC specialists as my most expensive riders ), I've gotten my first 1-2-3-4 in a race in my 11(12?) participations (totally out of the blue since I had only 6 riders at the start). Thanks to Mollema, Bernal, Vansevenant and Champoussin for making this happen (+ Hailu 9th and Pinot 24th). Can we cancel the rest of the week ? I only had Vanmarcke and Kooij scoring yesterday but I'm pretty sure I'm in the lead for the week right now.
This ain't going too well so far, and I'm not sure it'll get much better. However I am taking hope from the fact that my three most expensive riders haven't started their season, yet. I just need to get through these horrible cobble races.
So for the next races I have:
Laigueglia: Mollema, Romo, Bernal, Vansevenant, Ayuso.
Strade so far: Buchmann, Mollema, Bardet, Arensman, Bernal, Pidcock, Sivakov. (If this was Lombardia, I'd be more content with these guys...)

That's great, definitely worth coming on to gloat!
I don't know if I've ever gotten a top 4. A seminal moment in my CQ game history was in 2012 Romandie where I believe I got 2-3-4-5-6. It's so long ago that I can't remember exactly who I had, but I recall Wiggins won but I had Costa in second in a breakout performance and then whoever the heck was 3-6... Kreuziger and Porte maybe in there? Kinda fun to try to remember before checking. Hmm, Tejay maybe? Probably also some random rider that retired 7 years ago.
(edit: I checked, my memory was mostly right... Costa got 3rd, 2nd was my hybrid Tejay guess/random guy who retired in Andrew Talansky, who I should've remembered. Then Porte, Michael Rogers - another random retired guy - and Kreuz)
Definitely happy with Mollema so far, holy cow! He's flying at the start of the season.
Robbed of a 1-2-3 when Stybar got clipped...
Quintana + 1-2-6-7 in Roubaix - I won't beat this week for sure. I've peaked.
Tentative team for Strade Bianche:
Van der Poel
Alaphilippe
Bernal
Bardet
Mollema
Simmons
Buchmann
Arensman
Pidcock
If Sagan was here this would likely be my strongest team ever since playing this game.
