It's a long time until 2025. He might discover ayahuasca tea and move to the jungle to live in harmony with nature.Next year, I think there will be quite a popular zero-pointer.

Hey, thats an idea. It's a long time until 2025. He might discover ayahuasca tea and move to the jungle to live in harmony with nature.
He may even be eligible for RedheadDane's team if we think about the same rider.
That's why I said "may be" rather than "is".Who says I'll have the same theme next year?
Who says I'll have the same theme next year?
I thought it was a "same procedure as every year" kind of theme.
Well, that would be one rider doing all the "work" on behalf of others.
Ah, o a little bit like Masnada on Quick-Step (allegedly).
wow, after only four teams? Thats crazy. Okay so it is wide open this yearJust getting started on the popularity table in my spare moments... after 2 teams, there are only 12 riders picked by both teams. After 3 teams, there were 4 (sidenote - including 1 rider that wasn't even on my 140 rider long list!) After 4 teams, no unanimous picks left.
There's been a lot of speculation that this year might have an unusually varied set of picks, and very early returns are holding that up. Three hours until reveal!
I think he just processed Samu's team.wow, after only four teams? Thats crazy. Okay so it is wide open this year

Let's hope you mount a better title defense than my fairly anonymous 2023 team.At this point the nervousness of picking a team morphs into hope of winning.
Good luck to all. We are all tied.
I have nowhere to go but down; but am still excited.
Here are some team stats.

Thanks Skidmark you are awesome
My hero.Damn, all this talk about zero pointers gives me flashbacks to the pre-2011 game Cobo hype![]()
I was looking at that one of your picks (I assume) but didn't end up going for him. Not sure who your other guy would be. I assume it's someone who will be riding for an obscure asian team.As I read through all those team-nationalites it seems like I am the only one with two guys from Estonia. Think no one else even named that country. Not sure if that's a good sign for me![]()
Oooh. Sounds like it may end up being quite a swingy year if there are multiple high performers that only a few of the teams have picked rather than points being awarded to all top teams at the same time for the same rider all the time.Just getting started on the popularity table in my spare moments... after 2 teams, there are only 12 riders picked by both teams. After 3 teams, there were 4 (sidenote - including 1 rider that wasn't even on my 140 rider long list!) After 4 teams, no unanimous picks left.

Hehe, are we back to the 2011 game and the "in fantasy games you generally want an expensive high scorer to carry your team" mentality. While being mindful of spoilers, I don't think it will dramatically alter anyone's strategy into frantic revisions in the last two hours to note that at least two more teams than I had anticipated have chosen a rider costing >3500 points so far.
