Oscar Sevilla still performing at a high level 22 years after finishing 2nd on GC at the Vuelta Espana.

Crazy stuff.

Oscar Sevilla won the white jersey at the 2001 Tour de France. Andy Schleck won the white jersey at the 2010 Tour de France. One of those guys retired in 2014. The other is still going. Makes absolutely no sense.

Leaving the obvious clinic issues to one side the retention of such appetite to continue racing and be competitive into his late 40s is remarkable.

Honestly a bit impractical that it's the Dane I had to remove from my team because of budget contraints, who does all the winning...

Terrible results in Muscat for me. 3 popular CQ picks that I've missed out on are top 3.

I bet many people are happy about that result.

I feel you.

I already regret not taking some of them, especially Lamperti, who was the closest to making it into my team out of all riders that have not made it.

He is having a great start to the season but to be fair he had such a good point scoring performance last season that significantly improving on that would need a monument or worlds win.

Well, when his whole team is made up of Danish riders the normal rules likely don't apply anymore. At that point it's more about getting the most points in the team rather than actually improving the most.

FIFY.

Denmark hasn't been doing too badly recently...
