As I don't have him, and P-N has been a disaster for my team, can only hope this is true in terms of the game. Didn't look like the wrist was broken at least, but can't see the point in him continuing this race if it could aggravate an injury?
Hard to say now, but he will be scanned this evening. There could very well be a tiny fracture in his wrist or one of the smaller bones in his hand.

Lenny's win today was a bright light in an otherwise dismal, injury ridden fortnight for my team. And he looked good too. Hopefully reasonable GC points to come. With any luck Romeo works his way up a little too. I think only a couple of us have Lenny. It would be great to see him on Mur de Huy.

Well, back to rubbish again ... not exactly what was needed in the Lenny camp. Even Romeo lost a stack.
Yeah, this was supposed to be the week where I built a gap to the WVA teams before the classics. So far Vingegaard has crashed out of PN, Plapp didn't start, Almeida lost out on GC and Senechal ruined his classics season again by crashing out. In Tirreno-Adriatico Dunbar crashed out of the race today and Uijtdebroeks was dropped, while JSM already lost time on stage 3. Surely I'm allowed to moan now! :D

This is definitely the perfect example of a week where the points that weren't scored are much more important than those that will be. I don't have very many riders in action this week but I do have Vingegaard, so it's up to Ciccone to prevent a total bust for me.

Not really a rider I'd followed much, and picked him mainly based on remembering some of his fantastic climbing performances in 2023, assuming he'd just had some bad luck last year. But it seems he's not a very good descender, and likes to hang around the back of the peloton?
Today Gall with the best climbing time of all compititors at the last climb, which lead to fantastic 3 stage points and right now to even more fantastic 11 GC points in the end.

Given his potential his scoring out of UAE and Paris Nice is an absolute joke..

Uijtebroeks stating he is suffering from same problem as last year. No power in the legs. They thought they fixed it but... No.

My team, already low in rankings, is receiving more and more hits.

Yeah, I was always skeptical of the news that they fixed it. Didn't sound convincing how they worded it. But he had to be picked just to be safe, so can't say I'm really regretting it.

Looking at how unconvincing the Tirreno field is, I'm even more bummed out by Dunbar's crash. Would have been an easy top 5 with where he was on GC.

He still will be good pick with his schedule

Black Quick into profit with a stage win in Taiwan. May even be able to fight for GC, given the rather easy route this year.

Also my "wtf was I thinking" pick Lucas Hamilton is about to finish his 3rd WT race. Not sure I can still hope for different kind of points.
