Tim Declercq retires at the end of the season. We’ll wait but Lidl Trek I think will announce some transfers.

They only have 16 riders on contract for next year, so unless they're going to extend with everyone - except Declercq, of course - they have to announce some transfers.
And of course they did already annouce a transfer; Söderqvist moving up to the WT.

Wouldn’t be surprised if Frydkjær and O’Brien get promoted.

I have really high expectations for Söderqvist. His engine is exceptionally big for his age, and his absolute 1-5 minute power bursts are insane. I have really really high hopes for him, he has immense potential.

He's set to become the best Swede on the WT!
He will basically be the only active rider on the WT, so not a hard task (Ericsson brothers are at Pro level)

If you are referring to best all time swedish rider then it's a pretty big claim, like JC Denton would say, considering he has the benchmark of Gosta Petterson or even Gustav Erik Larsson.

I'd read that allegedly on Spanish TdF coverage, they reported only Soderqvist would go pro for 2026, and only one spot for 2027, most likely for Hector Alvarez. That would mean the likes of O'Brien and Frydkjaer would need to do full U23 careers and go pro in 2028.

Seems highly unlikely, but Lidl-Trek have been caught out with bad planning/surprise devo team development before, having no space to turn Niklas Behrens pro for 2025, and Visma swooped in, so let's see.

Now that you mention it, I think it's true. They had Josu Larrazabal one day as a guest during TdF coverage and discussed about the devo team, the role a U-23 team takes for developing talent and the figure of Espargaró.

I'm not going to blame Trek on Behrens. His final two months of 2024 were quite good, but other than that he didn't show to be ready to turn pro altogether and they had their roster filled by then.

Anyways, generally speaking I'm completely against the current trend of riders turning pro so early, especially given how the current rules allow Devo riders compete in .1 and .Pro races. Think Behrens would have been better served this season with an elite U-23 calendar mixed with quality .1 and .Pro schedule and turn pro in 2026.

Is there a summary page for this year's transfer hijinks?

Edit:
I know the PCS has a page for the formally announced deals.

I'm reading that the Remco transfer is pretty much done. And that he's considered a legitimate contender for the Tour.

So, what the hell are they watching that the rest of us aren't?
Kool-aid. They're watching Kool-aid.

It's as if saying makes it so..if anyone, even fans like myself think that what's been wrong with Remco is as simple as a new team.. Definitely Kool-aid consumption on high!! But it's a super cool take on things.. Everything is fine, he has arrived at the team that will get him TDF results.. Bora already had good riders and did nothing.. and Lipowitz is solid, sometimes a standout but not showing anything of being dominant.
