Kern Haus were the official partner of BORA before the Rookie team came to life. Quite frankly, that partnership did more harm than good, riders’ level dropped off a cliff whilst under their guidance.
Well…a bit exaggerated. BORA used to send two riders from their junior team to them and in reward they were allowed to use a few of their structures like winter training or so. Hardly the fault of BORA if a prospect didn’t develop

Malucelli will be an Astana rider next year, probably their last signing.
Do you have any info abou Astana Devo team? This project will be in 2025 continued...? or ... after this doping mishap no more...

all promising (in points) CT riders are already employedthe only top from CT level (still without an official contract for 2025) is Budziński from Mazowsze. however the only rumor is another CT team from Czech Republic. It's a pity because I think he would do well at least at PRT level

Canyon SRAM have announced that Anastasiya Kolesava will be joining the pro team for the next two seasons. Just like Yuliia Biriukova who also moved from Arkéa to a devo team, I didn't really understand why she didn't get a WWT deal right away.

Unbound 200 winner Rosa Maria Klöser has also been handed a contract by Ronnie Lauke. It seems she only really started to ride a bike after moving to Denmark to study at Copenhagen Business School, and while she hasn't set the world on fire in the road races she's done so far in her career, she still looks like an interesting prospect.

AGI-S have finally confirmed the signing of Urška Žigart, and former Tour de France stage winner Gian Paolo Mondini will be leaving his position at Specialized to become a DS at SDW.

And Euskaltel have finally given Ander Ganzabal a pro contract, and they have also decided to refresh their roster with some Heineken, sorry, Hennequin.

I wasnt sure if we knew Urska was joining AGI-S or just she was leaving Jayco ? as in it didnt feel as big a surprise as it should, but I lose track sometimes of all the rumours, I guess we all thought she'd end up at UAE instead.

but Canyon SRAM seem to be building a weird team, signing lots of very young riders, not all with strong road racing backgrounds, and CUL as well obv, but are they targetting 1 day races or building a team to support Kasias GT ambitions ?

After she didn't join UAE ADQ a couple of years ago, I definitely didn't expect her to do it now either. That team also seems to be a mess at the moment, but we'll see how the upcoming ELB era will unfold.

Regarding CSR, I think their squad looks alright (and if Consonni is joining, too, they'll finally have a replacement for Bossuyt). Some of their riders just have to stay healthy for a longer part of the season, although that seems to be a difficult task for Dygert especially.

It was announced earlier this year by Pat Lef, screen shots above. Think the actual article is pay walled.

Yea UAE is definitely looking really confused. I also just don’t see how she would fit into the team. She seems to have a big emphasis on team dynamics and how they work together and from what I’ve seen from races and social media is that soudal women’s have a great environment and UAE is kind of hit or miss.

I have a lot more respect for her for just doing her own thing with her career and not just going to UAE where the politics would probably favour her.

If Niedermaier and Bauernfeind stay healthy, and Neve Bradbury continues to progress, that's a fairly solid backing to add to Kasia and Cille in fairness. Yes, Chabbey is a big loss, but presumably that's the job Cille is in to replace.

it just feels to me at least, the blend between youth and slightly older riders with more experience, is tipping too far towards youth and inexperience, especially when theyre bringing in riders who are both young and not primarily roadies to begin with, obviously theyre all capable of the power numbers theyre looking for, but it just feels like theyll be fielding teams in races and relying on alot less racing experience & race craft, than the teams theyre up against.

I kind of wonder if that’s why Cromwell will keep racing road next year after she said she would retire, just so they can have a road captain.

They've only lost Chabbey (I don't know what will happen to Alex Morrice, but she's less experienced than all of the riders that are joining, apart from Klöser). It's not unlikely that the Generation team will disappear, but their riders couldn't ride WWT races anyway. At this stage, I'd say the WWT team looks stronger than it did ahead of this season, which turned out alright.

Transfer window is now closed, right?
What happens to thoose that have not signed for any team now?
Is there a difference for Men and Women?
Transfer window for registrations opened on 15 Oct, closes on Dec 31st.

For those who don't have a contract for next year, they are free agents as of 1st Jan so not restricted by a transfer window in joining a team.

I believe the rules are the same for men and women.

Errr... what?

Teams

I think there have been a mistake here. If it was a case of her maybe not being ready for the WWT just yet, wouldn't it be easier to sign her with the UAE devo team, and then move her up sometimes later... while also letting her ride select races for the WWT team?
