But he (Rujano) hasn´t done much since his 3rd Place some years ago. He even was released from ISD last year. I personally think Rujano is a risky pick (and worth 2 points ).

I will suck for sure, since I always suck when you have to pre-predict so much stages. I am more the Analysator-type and specialist for breakaway stages.
But conditions are same for all gamers. Hard !
btw, why the 48h deadline ?
Can always happen something, cause its cycling, but I would at least wait till medical checks are over, or why not just......start of Giro (start of first team in TTT) as deadtime ?
I mean, its hard enough...

Tuarts said:For the changes being proposed I think keep it simple. Its all about your skill in luck for picking the winner, be it a favourite or outside favourite. As soon as you bring in subjective "he's a favourite 1 point, he's not 2 points" scoring into it then it detracts, however impartial you try to be.
Imo, the only change should be the "prize money". It's a nice gesture to offer to part with your hard earned but this is an online forum and a mini game on that forum. We're all just in it for fun.
Ferminal said:It's so very difficult to pick the stage winners, given that you're only allowed one choice, and that you have to all stages before the first stage.
I've started by selecting three favourites in order for each stage. So far for stage wins I have
Cavendish (3)
Petacchi (3)
Contador (3)
Ventoso (2)
Visconti (2)
Anton (2)
Farrar
Di Luca
Rodriguez
Rujano
Pinotti
I would be happy if I managed to get three stage winners correct. Going conservative and just picking big names I feel is the best option. Contador might not win three stages, but he will probably get one or two, so if you pick him across three stages you have a chance of getting one of them correct.
