Where is Sasquatch? I feel really sorry for todays meltdown... Blame it on the nitpickers stealing you and Sepulveda. Watta disgrace.

I need Fuglsang to get into the top 20 and make 2 minutes up on Bakelandts, but that won't help because everyone else basically has him.

It's highly possible Rolland drops to 11th from 10th which is where I need him. Talansky 58 seconds behind and Sanchez 2 minutes. Come on Samu.

I need Mollema to move one place down to 9th, so need Bardet to make up 46 seconds.

I need Nibali to make his way into 3rd, so he needs to make up 1'19 on Valverde.

The only one that is possible is Nibbles.

If Bardet does his thing, then Vinoattackseveryone will lose Mollema from 8th place and the people that have Nibali for 3rd aren't below the relegation line nor VAE.

Guess I'm cheering on these 3 riders tomorrow.

Without calculating too much and not having some weird disastrous turn around tomorrow I should be save from elimination. But winning the division - anything can still happen. Wallenquist had the move of the day, I think: Gerrans lost 11 places and landed on spot 15 with a 13 min buffer to place 16, exactly where Wallenquist has him. But if Kreuziger stays in T-20, Fuglsang stays out of T-20, Mollema and Froome keeping their place.....fingers crossed, I could hold on. But the Giro taught me that major shifts can happen in one stage we will see. At least I am not fighting for elimination and should take 30+ points into the Vuelta. Just even being here is some sort of a miracle (and lots of luck) so very happy.

Rooting for ya Sasquatch coz u got screwed big time with Sepulveda. Otoh, I like Vino too... and everybody else making it that far. So... somebody has to give.
And I am far from safe either. Looks like all comes down to Kristoff in stage 21. Omg.

Mutschi you meant Geraint, not Gerrans... Gerrans T-20? OK, you never know. But yes I think you are pretty much safe. :)

Edit: Anquetil without spot points against elimination:
1st-Jspear 29.5 points (19 scores, 11 T-20s)
2nd-Al Pacino 28.5 points (18 scores, 12 T-20s, 2 stages)
3rd-FB 28.5 points (18 scores, 12 T-20s, 0 stages)
4th-Hitch 28 points (17 scores, 10 T-20s)
5th-PL 27.5 points (18 scores, 11 T-20s)

This doesnt look good, since I come up with Kristoff-the-first-dying-in-the-wind against Cavendish for my competitors  ... Better Fuglsang does something against Bakelants... hello, Bakelants  common 2.27 mins difference, go for KOM and finish T-20 by accident, thats all I want...

Fuglie you wanna rest those legs for Paris pointless attack please! :D

btw in Coppi we have mainly Contador's and Quintana's for today's stage. it would be very bad for me if AC wins as I dont have him, but I wish that win lol

This is nerve-wracking, I've got four guys in the exact right spot, if they all move I go from second in coppi to not moving on to the vuelta

Likewise I also have four correct and pretty nervous about them all changing... So many things can happen on this stage...

Either way, I just want an exciting race starting right now...

Looking at the result of the first climb, Bardet is shot, but so is Mollema. Nibali could very well make his way to third. Valverde to crack please.

Mollema lost 8th, which means that Vinoattackseveryone loses him. But I don't think that helped.

Ah so did I... Kept Bardet and Contador though. Also, nut sure where Barguil ended but hoping Pauwels was with him though so he keeps 14...

WHAT A RACE THOUGH.

Been double hit today... Fuglsang not coming back, and Mollema losing 8th... So it comes down to Kristoff. As last years TdF, my line position will be decided on the very last stage...

Coming up later:
Some stats...
and at night, scenarios for stage 21.

Edit:
Little side note; From the T-20, Cherel (18th) wasn´t on my 89-riders-"short"-list.
Looking further down to 45th-CG, Castroviejo (24th), Gautier* (34th), and Geschke** (38th) also weren´t on my "short"-list. So I guess my next one will include 100+ riders. ;)

* Arrendondo had him though. Not a bad pick, but still useless. He´d rather have picked Froome. ;)
** Should have had him though. He is ok in mountains, and could sneak in T-20s in future GTs if being in some 15 mins breaks that prevail...

You are welcome back next year, and thanks :)

We have some tight time gaps within the T-20, so I checked the results from 2008 to 2014 (7years, TdF only)... no changes in the T-20 between the forelast and last stage. But never say never, there is always a first time. Slim hope is still around...

If have highlighted each player in the provisionals after stage 20 (see post above of this page) to see who is already qualified, is in division title races, etc...

There is not much scenarios for stage 21 (unless position swaps happen in the T-20 of the CG; see also my last post)... Unfortunately I am in the middle of a scenario, and for the wrong reason.

G2F; wins division title if (1) Kristoff wins, or (2) Kristoff finishes T-3 while Cavendish does not win, or (3) both Kristoff and Cavendish do not finish T-3
Hugo; wins division title if (1) Cavendish wins, or (2) Cavendish finishes T-3 while Kristoff does not finish better than fourth

Walle; wins division title if (1) Cavendish wins, or (2) Cavendish finishes T-3 while Kristoff does not win, or (3) both Kristoff and Cavendish do not finish T-3
Mutschi; wins division title if (1) Kristoff wins, or (2) Kristoff finishes T-3 while Cavendish does not finish better than fourth

FB; clinches Vuelta spot if (1) Kristoff finishes better than fourth, or (2) both Kristoff and Cavendish do not finish T-3
Jspear; clinches Vuelta spot if Cavendish finishes better than fourth, while Kristoff does not

I'm REALLY hoping for a super strong Cav, Greipel, and Sagan. Throwing in a strong Degenkolb would be a bonus as well. I think I can manage to squeeze into the Vuelta, but this isn't a very enjoyable position to be in. :)
