So who wins this? Astana or Belkin ? :D

Belkin are playing the long game. Beating up on amateurs in the Tour of Hainan in late October is what it's all about!

Astana better get themselves a win soon. I'd rather see Belkin last than them.

Looks like it could all come down to Guardini vs. Bos in Langkawi. Gotta admit a sprint finish decided in a bike throw would be a pretty cool conclusion to this. :D

Hmm... I really can't figure out if you're being literal; that both are likely to throw their bikes, or are just referring to a very close sprint finish...

This has to be one of the earliest time to become a loser, but congrats on people who got it right.

Astana is clearly peaking for the GT's, only Gavazzi and Scarponi have some decent form at the moment. And I believe Belkin and Saxo might have peaked right by riding less in January and February.

i was thinking to something completely different though.
Don't you mean first will be last?

Or was this a comment best made in another sub forum?

Well, that went quickly. In the previous two years, the decision fell on 24 March.

Last year at this stage there were still four teams in the running. Astana was one of them then too. The others were Garmin, Euskaltel and Vacansoleil.

For Astana it is the quality, not the quantity of wins that matters... This is a stupid thread anyways

:p:D

i bet they would be happy to take their first victory in july, and that to be not even a real stage but the individual overall classification :D
