I voted Sky. Cav won't get them any wins any time soon because he's too fat and nor do I believe any other sky rider will win.
Cav is lighter than he usually is at this part of the season, at least according to himself and his teammates. Would be a huge surprise if they don't get one of the Mallorca Challenge stages or a couple of stages in Algarve.

You mean: with Romain Feillu.

Probably he meant Feillu, Van Hummel, Marcato, Lighthart, (Markus?).....

Maybe not a mass, but certainly enough not to be anywhere near the last team to get a win. Especially considering the ammount of crappy races they enter.

Maybe not on CQ but points and climbing jerseys definitely count as wins.

I don't think they've ever counted as wins in the "last WT team without a victory" contests on the CN forums, and that's what really counts :D

Yes, but Feillu is the one who got 4 wins in a row (I think) in February last year.

Those other guys will hardly rake up the wins... Van Hummel could, but he insists on riding high level races, where he has no chance.

I think you will find they do.

no they are not. winning a race or a stage counts as a win. not winning best young rider or points jersey. for example a rider wins best young rider but finishes 25th overall and doesn't win a stage....how can you count that as win??

been following cycling for years and never have I counted classification jerseys, other than the GC, as a win.

So because YOU dont count them as wins that means no one does?

The matter is clearly subjective and my point was than many people (I one of them) consider these wins. They are separate competitions run alongside GC. I dont see how anyone can not consider winning the Green or Pokadot jerseys at le Tour a win. No one is saying WT minor classification jerseys are major wins but they are wins all the same.

not just me, i don't see many cycling fans counting them either. Even the teams don't . Look at Sky last year when they end of year review on their website they said they had 32 wins, and they certainly were not including points jerseys etc etc.

A win is first across the line in a stage or one day race or first on GC. I think if you did a quick straw poll forum you will find many of think likewise.

Did you actually read any of my post on this thread? I was taking umbrage to the comment that 'Noone' counts them as wins when clearly lots of people do, as demonstrated when Amets crashed out of Pais Vasco.

yes i did read your posts and i hear what you are saying, but my contention is it is not a win. a win is as i have said, you win the race/stage. i am sure that there are some that agree with you, but i am also sure there are plenty who don't. best agree to disagree.
