Pippo_San has not punished himself? It must be hard for him this TDF lol

Lol I still have more faith in Mr. Sexy Fuglsang to finish on the podium rather than TGBM. He will FAIL big time on the Alps don't worry ;)

Hehe.
Allthough I certainly hope not, but I also expect Mollema to lose time on the Ventoux and probably some other Alp stage as well.
I don't have more faith in Fuglsang though :)

edit: Also the hype in Holland has started. I'm afraid that once Mollema cracks it will be painful again. Now everyone is cheering at him and Belkin and once he loses 2 minutes it will be "MOLLEMA FAILS" etc. And all the July fans will be cringeworthy again... oh wait they are allready :)

50 times tougher. This is nothing  But cycling gets more and more attention. And the riders more criticism.

What about when it comes to speed skating? .... but then again you usually win in that :D :p

That's the sport popular with people more interested in lame music than in the actual skating. Viewing figures are extraordinary but in the end noone really cares about it apart from the winter olympics.

A couple of months I said Mollema usually doesn't attack that much(which is the case over the last seasons), and theyoungest brings up Rodriguez 'the wheelsucker' to bring that down. It's just his way of arguing.

What do you think of tomorrow for Belkin btw? You've been very quiet while they were keeping up well. You must sense some fail in the making... ;)

of course. mollema I can eaisly see blow tomorrow. ventoux does strange things with riders. mollema for instance isn't a real high mountain climber. the hysterical euphoria uin the netherlands is ridiculous. many people here are sayign mollema can win the tour and are insulted outside netherlands nobody talks or cares about the blkin guys. rofl. well I can assure you the final weke will be between contador, quintana dn frooem and they will also be on the podium, under normal circumstances, while boogerd yesterday on tv said mollema is already certain of 2nd place. lol. and all of that after one semi mountainstage we've had in which he dropped on the hardest longest climb with 25 riders still left.

Apart from the fact that he didn't drop. I kinda agree Mollema isn't for the long climbs.
But he wont drop that hard normally. Normally to 6/7th place in GC.

You're kinda right, but you're overdoing it again. When guys like Boogerd and Breukink and the Dutch july-watchers are overestimating Mollema, you are doing the exact opposite

Why can't you ever be in the middle :D

Mollema makes the most of his possibilities, like wheelsucker Purito does. I'm not a huge fan of both, sorry for hurting your feelings ;)

Mollema isn't the best climber in the race. But he probably will be among the 10 best. If not him, who will? Just keep a sense of perspective.

And yet you always show up to defend Mollema. ;)

Anyways, my point was that you sometimes try to shift the topic of a discussion. Purito's occasional wheelsucking has nothing to do with Mollema's.

Nope. Unless you're a selective reader.

What I certainly can't stand is the Dutch hype around the guy, the 'nuchtere Groninger'. Blegh. A few years ago we had a 'nuchtere Achterhoeker', and look how they love him now ;)

Typical Dutch thing. What about the camper/Chevy guy, Tendam?
