Top-10 for either Mollema, Ten Dam, or both of them, would be a fantastic result. Of course the Dutchies already took to the streets in jubilation, but realistically you could already see that they're not among the 4 or 5 strongest climbers in this Tour.

I was expecting before the Tour he would end up somewhere between 6th and 9th. And he's been holding 2nd for a long time this Tour and only today fell off the podium, and yet still is in 4th. He's not failing at all, but doing much better then expected.

Today and yesterday were perfect examples that Mollema still has a lot to learn about being a leader in the most crucial stages in the biggest race of the year.

He's still a world apart from Froome and Purito.
