Lance has one goal. I don't think he cares about anything but LeTour.

From this point on I think its about shadowing his rivals and working his numbers with his trainer.

You know the deal with Armstrong, and so do his competitors.

To me it is scary. Lance is one psycho dude. I do not want to see his bad side.

Near impossible to shadow his rivals if he's avoiding racing them as much as possible. In the races he chooses to compete he should do well. All the other psycho-babble nonsense is just that--nonsense. Time for the oldman to show
that he's got what it takes to compete against the best stage racers in the world. No more excuses.

Btw, is he racing Fleche Wallone and L-B-L? I'm almost positive he's racing Amstel, but I'm not sure about the other two.

Hey NB if you do figure it our please let us all know. Until then we can only defer in awe to a true modern day Superman who can defeat all the laws of nature regarding age, weight loss, stamina and power output in the space of a week. WOW..

Alright alright. I try to understand this.

Less then a week ago he was the laughing stock at Criterium International and now flying with the youngsters on cobbles and the hills in one of the spring classics?
.

Actually, last week at the Crit Int'l Lance raced ok....on the Podium and what not...

It was Alberto and the "allergy" excuse that caused the ruckus & rumpus on the forum.

And you know, that whole last minute "Drama Queen" appearance by Alberto at the Crit Int'l may well have ****sed off the old man. Lance turning his wheels in anger this week instead of training leisurely like last week. Alberto will be well advised to stay away from Lance.

Actually, BPC most of your 'reporting' centered around the RadioShack team.

Is that not allowed? I think I mentioned the other guys as well. Sorry if you were offended. I know Radioshack aren't very popular with some people.

On the podium as part of the Team Classification, to which he did not contribute. Slotting in at 47th place.

But one thing I will agree with you on, Lance is a force to be reckoned with going forward. He should be placing very highly in all of his remaining races--the training has OBVIOUSLY paid off. From losing almost 5 minutes in 5KM to his scintillating performace at RVV, I expect nothing but individual podiums from here until the Tour.

Sorry, Sprocket.... where have I mentioned that I don't like TRS - why would I be offended?

Precisely the question I was asking. Where is it? It was there, and now magically it is gone. A deflation after using designer steroids or something? You know those things make you gain water like a mad man, but the after affects are amazing.

It's got to get old carrying that much hatred for one rider.

Less then a month ago, and with limited races under his belt, this 40-year old was so fat he had problem sitting around that table at a coffeshop with that belly.

You don't take the trolling seriously, do you? The 'fat' stuff was just some fun by people with too much time on their hands. There are pictures of LA winning the tour with the same look as the ones recently.

More fool you for taking them seriously.

I said sorry IF you were offended. You seem to object to reporting on anything to do with RadioShack during the race.

Excellent advice of which Contador has been taking heed. Let's see, last year TDF, Prologue, Arcalis, Verbier, Le Petit/Grand Bornard, Ventoux, Podium. Stayed well clear of LA. I cede you you the side wind carnage but what do you expect at times from a simple guy with a lot to learn from a very small Pueblo called Madrid.

And this year he stayed well away from him at Cataluyna and Corsica. As I said, excellent advice well heeded.

No BPC, you said earlier that a lot of people would have a high post count today because they were reporting on the 'race'. I noted that your posting were rather 'RadioShack' related.

So, please show where I made any kind of negative comment about TRS.

The Nazi frogmen must have doctored this photo on the livestrong site. Those guys sure do get around.

I don't get it. Are you saying RS were not in the race?

Maybe you're new to the sport, but this is one of the biggest races of the year - a lot of fans like to post during the race and after it.

I'm not a fan, but I did call where he would finish, though would have a believed a DNF. The reasons I called it were form wasn't too bad, he rode 8th in the TT in Murcia, so obviously had some power, sure not armstrong of old, but something. He did seem over weight, photos can be deceiving, but that isn't going to affect you on too badly on a course like Flanders. At CI he didn't lose 5 minutes in 5 km while putting in an effort. He put in a solid effort was dropped off 50th or something and cruised to the top. One thing I was thinking looking at his weight and apparent drop of weight is something like creatine, to build lean muscle, but while cycling on you retain water, about 2kg of it, then cycle off and drop the water...though with his history creatine seems a little lame.

C'mon, last year Lance and Alberto were on the same Team.
For Alberto, 2009 was a gift even more gracious than 2007 lol.

What happened in 2005 when they raced the TdF on different Teams?
No Gifts I seem to recall. Grrrrr.

The hump on his back, the angle of the shot, and the ultra skinniness of his colleague, make him look fat. In actual fact there is a shot of him in the yellow jersy meeting some kids where he looks the same. You know this.

I think this line of trolling has come to an end. Best move along. A lot of people didn't like the interview after the race - hate on that instead. Or maybe his hair looked a bit weird today or something?

So, you have been unable to find any comment I made that was negative on TRS.

Most 'fans' talked about the race - not just one team or man (in your case TRS & LA)..... but its what we come to expect from you.

The negative comment about RS was the one where you appeared to criticise me for talking about RadioShack during the race. Why else do that?

So you WERE offended by me talking about RadioShack. I'm sorry you feel that way - I know they split opinion - but I was very much interested in the race as a whole as well which is why I posted on it, if that makes you feel better.

This seems like sour grapes to me. If you're not interested in Lance or RS, don't read my comments. But this is a cycling forum so they're bound to come up.

So true. I especially liked the part where Lance allowed AC to ride away from him on Arcalis. And Verbier. And Col de Romme. And Ventoux. And allowed him to best him in the two ITT's. Armstrong is a VERY giving man.

Wow, for second there I thought you had it....

Read back over what you wrote - I was not offended at what you wrote about TRS, I am questioning why you are posting at all as you have been banned at least 20 times now.

So yes, I was critisizing you, not who you support.

Listen, if you have a point to make about cycling then make it. But if you have a personal problem with me then it's best to deal with it in PMs or by some other method. Generally offtopic hounding of individual posters is seen as trolling.
