I have clearly broken no rules so i see no reason as to why is should be banned. For those that are confused this is my first account on this site. I'm just getting ready early for lances 8th tour de france victory.

I try to blend my affrontery and jackassery with some thoughtful, articulate comments and an extraheavy dose of humor. You can troll all you want and I won't complain. But I have zero, I mean zero, tolerance for humorless people.

As Gunnery Sgt Highway (Clint) said in Heartbreak Ridge: 'With all due respect, sir, you're beginning to bore the hell out of me.'

It's a cardinal sin for me. Get a sense of humor and come back and play.

So, what do you expect from the guy at the Tour of Murcia?

nothing at all maybe he'll make the selection at the toughest stage but that's about it, or he'll withdraw because spanish fans want to harm him.

I’ll get to it at some point but could someone upload the transcript from the Michael Barry & David Miller interview in this months CycleSport magazine. Brilliant. The theme is that procycling is boring. Its become totally and utterly boring. They can’t understand why anyone would want to watch it. In particular they refernce last years Tour as the worst offender of just how bad cycling has become.

Very true...I read it a few days ago and thought the same thing...about the most honest back and forth I have read about the state of cycling in quite awhile...good reasoning as well why to ban radios...

I think its funny. I mean, they guy brought it on himself.

Yeah, it is funny. And I get equal laughs out of blackcat trying to prolong the lifespan of this clever little nom de plume. I hope it continues, more humour needed around these parts.

He'll probably accuse the press of lying about the results, too:rolleyes:

At least he can tell the rest of the peloton about how he braved the weather in Hawaii.

Armstrong thread no longer sticky?

Bad move. This thread serves as a lightning rod, attracting a large part of the Armstrong strife. Now it will strike the regular threads. Didn't anyone learn anything from the last time the Armstrong thread was locked.

Well If it stays active (and who am I kidding here) it will stay on the first page.

There's kind of a few too many stickied threads when there's multiple races going on.

Get rid of the "Think Before You Post" thread. No one follows its advice anyway. :)

Damn, I'm going to have to agree with BroDeal!

Other than the efforts of a couple of unhinged posters, this seems to have worked pretty well.

Wow, you have made some respectful, kind of funny posts here recently. What happened? Did you get laid or something?:D

how does that work again.....?

I'm afraid it doesn't need to be stickied to stay afloat. If nothing else Speedway will keep bumping it up every few days as he ambles through to remind us that we only ever say bad things about Lance because we are jealous and have no lives.
