You missed that he's now more comfortable/less nervous riding in the peloton too, and so races will be slightly easier.

I always forget that one. :D:p;) Thanks Hibbles

After a very bad Mucia I'd want to put in a hard week of training not fly long haul to South Africa then fly back again. I mean what has he been doing since the TDU?

Racing cows and triathletes in Hawaii?

Those cows are tough. They don't respond to The Look. They just keep going despite any psychological games. It is the perfect training to deal with Contador.

answer your own posts much?

Mr. Liggett is possibly being paid. So what? Maybe he has an honorary role? What does it matter?

That and they recover quickly because of Bovine Growth Hormone usage! Those udders are unnaturally large and firm....WADA can't stop them!

If I recall correctly either Phil Liggett or Paul Sherwin live in South Africa in the offseason so it's natural if it is Liggett that he would have an interest in this event.

Idiot.

Neither live in South Africa.

Sherwin spends some of the year in Zimbarnweeeeee for his jewel mining business.

So it's not natural.

The interest should be declared.

Loser.

I don't see why you have to get personal with other forum members - if you have a link to say PL is paid then post it.

And here is some info on Phil you that may interest you:
"Phil and Pat travel widely but try to spend as much time as possible at their houses in London and near to the Kruger National Park in South Africa".

Contador is doing everything to prepare for this year's Tour. Radio Shack look like garbage. The Classics are a month away and Armstrong has done what, exactly? And the races he's done he's looked mediocre, bloated (just like last year), tired and old.

Oh, I forgot-perpetual fanboy and Armstrong proctologist Bob Roll has stated that Lance can recover better than anyone in the sport. That may have been true some years ago, but certainly it is impossible at his age even with the doping program.

If these guys bust out of the gate with their infamous Johan Bruyneel "Train" like it was 2003-04-05 and no one jumps up and down crying bloody murder, I'll retire from the sport of armchair bantering.

WTF is up with Velonews?! Embarrassing effort? He bonked and then attacked hard on the last day. He didn't quit. He didn't go through the motions. He picked himself up, dusted himself off and fought to the end. Nothing embarrassing about that.

And yet on the otherhand 9th in a charity ride is a "strong ride" (well maybe it is these days?)

Hog, I believe I'm due an apology. For the life of me I can't see what justified that kind of response in the first place. If I were wrong, which I was not, it would be fine to simply say so minus the double insult ("Idiot" and "loser").

.....in the irony of the day Radioshack were complaining about Garmin riding for Miller's 9th position!
