Roglic's biggest burden will always be having lost a Tour with the best team, while Pogacar was practically alone for the entire Tour. From then on, all the debates about teams and domestiques are pointless.

I mean even in your claim you are saying on how much a strong team matters and then go on and conclude a debate about teams and doms is pointless. At that edition Pogi had the strongest team.

No, that's not a good place to be at on easy stages.

So your original claim was bogus?

No, you are rather selective in your responses, that is all. For example you don't want to respond to a question if RBH is currently offering good support to their leaders in GT races on when it comes to climbing. As if you would actually respond, rather to result to moot arguments, then the only logical conclusion would be they need to strengthen their climbing section as currently it is weak, weaker then the names on the paper suggest.
You asked me if I thought RBH is currently offering good climbing support to their leaders in GT races?

Link to it.

@red_flanders

This indeed has to be some sort of language barrier. You even bolded some of it in quotes and this was literary the gist of it all, each and every response. Now you saying i should link you to it. That is just beyond.

@Berniece

Rogla or Remco?

All in all i get it guys, what you seem to be saying is such Tour team would just be too strong in terms of climbing, better to split it up and to strengthen it on the flats then, as there is on where the Tour will get decided.

Fine.

Reading this thread. It might be time for an intervention soon.

Pogi for the fifth.

Rogla for the fifth.

P.S. Well that works for me too, heart says Vuelta anyway. If by any chance you change your mind and want to send a proper team to the Tour, lose the self sabotage, give us a ring.

More blather.

Link to where you asked me the question.

How about my last, second last, third last ... response to you from that point on, on where you started with the link request?

Further thinking about this, the last two days worth of debate, imagine if you would now start claiming RBH needs to strengthen their climbing support at the Tour. In that case we really outdid it.

Have you forgotten it already 🤔

It seems.

Anyway guys, fine, Lipo and Remco with a strong flat section team support it is then, that is of most importance, Pogi and Jonas here we come. Rogla off to Vuelta, he can take the redundant climbers. And take some out of the mentioned Tour quota and send them to the Giro. To i guess beat Jonas while having a strong flat section support. So at least if one has a flat, then only a minute it is. On climbs flats are less common, there at Giro and the Tour leaders can support themself just fine. Rogla is a bit older and hopefully nobody will resent him for taking some climbers in support, those stairs are rocking and a bit of supports is beneficial for the back.

It's the generational gap it seems. Youngsters are eager to do it by themself on where with age you take the helping hand or a cane and do it.

So you refuse to link to it. Gee I wonder why?

Oh, look. Yet another straw man.
