Make sense, these races don’t matter as muchLight cold and they'd rather he rests than riding races in close succession it seems.

That's not official yet.Is he sick or is he “sick”? He does ride tomorrow when Evenepoel doesn’t
As part of a team of 16 riders? Is he sick or is he “sick”? He does ride tomorrow when Evenepoel doesn’t
Evenepoel from afar, and Van Gils for the sprintWill Remco go for it again from far or they will play also the Van Gils card today?
I have the feeling that Maxim is also in shape and they are number 1 and 2 favourites over Morgado and Scaroni for today.
This means nothing for the reast of the season in terms of team level, but I think that moral Wien could be good if they start in a dominant way with several leaders and not only due toRemco raw talent.
A shame that Lipo is a bit sick, he could also win today
Maybe Pogacar should just race more instead of only 4 races before LBLSo what is the plan? Avoiding Pogacar + cycling media hype articles about Waffles until Specialized launches the Sl9, so they (who pay a big part of his salary) are happy?
Those 4 races are the most important of the spring classics, so Pogacar is not avoiding the best in the discipline.Maybe Pogacar should just race more instead of only 4 races before LBL
Avoiding Evenepoel probablyThose 4 races are the most important of the spring classics, so Pogacar is not avoiding the best in the discipline.
For Pogacar it would be easier to go to Itzulia, ride more days and win 4 stages like in Catalunya than to lose in San Remo and Roubaix against MVDPafter exhaustive training for it. He can win Itzulia at his 70%, but he has to go to Roubaix at 100%.
Let's stop being delusional for a moment. Beating MvdP at Flandres and Roubaix is A LOT more difficult than beating Remco at Basque country and they are also much more important racesAvoiding Evenepoel probably
Movistar team was stronger on paper. They should of won the TTTHow can you say that? It would be very disappointing if they didn't win given the team they entered. Basically TdF squad + Finn
Yes, because Evenepoel hasn't won any of the seven historic stage races, and because Pogacar suffered in Dauphiné, the last one-week race in which they coincided.Avoiding Evenepoel probably
Then we have to stop pretending that RBH has a chance of winning the TTT at the Tour. This was basically Tour lineup + FinnMovistar team was stronger on paper. They should of won the TTT

Guys, I’m joking, obviously. No one is avoiding anyone.Yes, because Evenepoel hasn't won any of the seven historic stage races, and because Pogacar suffered in Dauphiné, the last one-week race in which they coincided.
Let's be serious, for Pogacar, winning Roubaix is much harder, and even without MVDP he needs to reach his 100% at Roubaix. The training sessions are more demanding for Roubaix than to win in Catalonya like he did in 2024.
Pogacar is lethal in one-week stage races; remember that he beat Vingegard at Tirreno-Adriatico and Paris-Nice in Vingegaard´s best years.
That sounds like a jokeGuys, I’m joking, obviously. No one is avoiding anyone.
Yes. And what's so strange about that? Usually he always started the season with either PN or TA.Am I reading right that Roglic doesn't race until TA?
I didn't say there way anything strange about it. Thanks for the confirmation.Yes. And what's so strange about that? Usually he always started the season with either PN or TA.
