Maybe he was better but he didn't show it due to the wind, team tactics or whatever. How do you accomplish that without going to the clinic zone? Rest would help without going there...

The first 3 monuments were all some of the best editions of this century. Only LBL was a procession.I care most about EC RR this year. But i think It will all be Pogacar this year. I do hope things get more competitive soon.
Cause i can count the number of big races that were fun to watch on my hand this year.
You could basically pencil in the winner months in advance this year.
Roubaix was just another Roubaix. The first 3 monuments were all some of the best editions of this century. Only LBL was a procession.
How do you mean? He trained between ToB and WC ITT. You can get better a few percentages by training. How do you accomplish that without going to the clinic zone? Rest would help without going there...
2016, 2021 & 2022 were easily better than 2025.Roubaix was just another Roubaix.
2025 could have been an all timer but that crash really derailed things. It was more entertaining than 2024 though.2016, 2021 & 2022 were easily better than 2025.
Percentages of what? This late in a season you can recover, stress to maintain a level of intensity and recover some more. That's why Vindegaard and almost everyone that raced the Vuelta aren't on any rosters. He rode Tour of Britain for intensity peaks needed for Worlds; particularly the TT. If he's training for the RR he better be training to survive it.How do you mean? He trained between ToB and WC ITT. You can get better a few percentages by training.
Which is likely why he was riding extra kms after most stages. If he's training for the RR he better be training to survive it.
For people that have raced all season that might be true, but that’s not the case for Evenepoel. He barely raced and probably isn’t fatigued. He can increase the intensity.Percentages of what? I hope so, would be nice to finally see Evenepoel with an actual peak at least once this season. It's true. Maybe this factor will let him peak for the WC.
He DNF the Tour being fatigued due to lacking base trainng and not properly healed injury. You need base training to train at higher level so it remains to be seen what shape he is in. His altitude prep should be fine, though. It's true. Maybe this factor will let him peak for the WC.

Like last year. With the accumulation of altitude gain he'd need to be lighter as well. It's basically much, much harder than LBL, especially given it's at altitude.I think it's more likely he will peak for the TT, which is more like a threshold test and doesn't require very good base. Very hard RR can be too much.

He's only done got WC/OC road races coming off a GT, and when he's primarily focused the ITT he's been considerably worse in the road race.
He looks very thin. I reckon he's going to be good.

Just don’t ask too many questions about press freedom, poverty, or political repression.
Wasn't he heavier 2 kilos? Ardennes weight basically.Yes, he's looking as thin as last summer. But you know, in casual loose clothes all cyclists look this way.
Yes. When you see him in outfit, he's clearly in Ardennes shapeWasn't he heavier 2 kilos? Ardennes weight basically.
