Don't kid yourselves with this he didn't eat, he just smelled talk, look at the stains on his lips, he indulged fully, and we will all see the consequences soon when he has to heave the strudels remains, namely fat cells, up the unforgiving french mountains!

Like @Karl Merckx said in the Dauphiné thread, Remco isn’t in proper shape yet. Apparently he’s still far from his best Basque form due to having to sit still for 3 weeks. We’ll see how he handles Dauphine, but based on this I don’t even see him finish top 5.

No worries mate, doubtless the team monitors his fat percentage, which for the Tour will likely be at 3%-5%.

If Remco isn't at his best, then Jonas couldn't possibly be it either.

Vingegaard only just started with altitude training, he probably will just stay at altitude until a couple of days before the start of the TDF, and hope for the best.
It's not even about altitude. It's about what training you do at altitude. Final altitude camp is all about fine tuning and doing race specific training prep normally.

Vingegaard meanwhile still has to start doing serious intensity training.

The differences in communication between the Remco and Vingegaard camps are extreme.
Not really though? It's not like Visma is tooting Vingegaard is in top shape and ready to win another TDF. They are currently hoping he will make the TDF squad. SQS on the other hand is saying Evenepoel isn't ready to compete at the highest level, but are sure he will be in top shape for the TDF.

What is your anticipation of how he will do in Dauphine?

1 week Dauphine, then 2 weeks in the Alps, NC, and 1 week in Belgium probably.

If he isn’t close to the best riders there, I can’t see him closing that gap. Maybe he starts riding properly in week 3 of the TDF, when it’s too late.

So we may see TDS 2023 Remco dieseling up the mountains to get in shape? The next two months he won the NC RR, the Classica San Sebastian and the WC TT so I am still confident that he can be ready for his important summer races.

he's probably in better shape than he was at Suisse last year.

I think had the medium mountain stages not have been cancelled, he wins that race

The press release said he's "acclimating to altitude" before he starts training at altitude. Acclimation is active sunbathing by comparison so, no. He might be at the Grand Depart hotel but someone else on JV will start.
