Lefevere needs to be really careful when he rates Remco‘s current value as „100 millions“… Remco was good, but:

LBL has been won by Maxim Iglinskiy before. The Vuelta was once won by Papy Horner. And even Kwiatkowski once became World Champion.

So we have to wait and see what Remco will deliver in a TdF against Vingegaard. And don‘t forget, Vinge let Pogi look like a CT rider on Granon and Hautacam… Vinge in 2022 brought Pogi‘s decline. Will Jonas in 2023 bring Remco‘s decline?…
Well, have those riders mentioned above all three win all of those races in one season? Absolutely not. Jonas vs Pogi is going to be a generational battle, and throw Remco in there and there is not a better generation for GC riders. Pogi is not decling, respectfully stop your trolling.

Ok, but who won all three in one year, at 22 years of age?

And what do you mean with "even Kwiatkowski" btw? He is an excellent cyclist, and well worthy of winning the WC. I don't think he should be mentioned in such a context at all.

The kid's grown up, he just got married.

Yeah, agree, my text was rather meant to be little bit ironic… ;)

Kwiat indeed is an excellent rider. He doesn‘t look intimidating, but is so strong. His palmares is already great, and he‘s still super. (Only thing that is sad is that he probably wasted years when riding for others instead of being leader. But he apparently wanted it this way, and certainly earned a lot of money with being one of the best-paid domestiques of his generation…)
