Well who will be his biggest challenger at the Giro ?
Carapaz ? Hindley ? ...
Come on, I want to see him trade blows with Pogi and Vingi.

I have a little thought in mind.
If Evenepoel does the TdF, I think Vingi should be terrified.
In the sense that Pogi and Evenepoel can attack and take time even in non hard climb stages.

They could even work together on those stages.

LBL has been won by Maxim Iglinskiy before. The Vuelta was once won by Papy Horner. And even Kwiatkowski once became World Champion.

Ok, but who won all three in one year, at 22 years of age?

And what do you mean with "even Kwiatkowski" btw? He is an excellent cyclist, and well worthy of winning the WC. I don't think he should be mentioned in such a context at all.

Yeah, agree, my text was rather meant to be little bit ironic… ;)

Kwiat indeed is an excellent rider. He doesn‘t look intimidating, but is so strong. His palmares is already great, and he‘s still super. (Only thing that is sad is that he probably wasted years when riding for others instead of being leader. But he apparently wanted it this way, and certainly earned a lot of money with being one of the best-paid domestiques of his generation…)

Looking at how strong Mas was today in Lombardia and in these last Italian races, makes one realize how formidable Remco was to distance him in the mountains at the Vuelta. Looks like next year is going to be quite the spectacle. Let's hope for some epic battles between the Bigs.

The two best cyclists in the world are 22 and 24 yo. Sign of new times. Hopefully more battles between them in the future, very few races together this year.
