he can bring the roller and it would be no problem. The question is, Will Remco have time for an altitude camp before Dauphine?

Depends on British vs. American English. Here (US) the “the” before hospital in such a sentence is standard.I don't think there's a "the" as in "the hospital"...it's just "hospital.

I love the English language; it has more options and alternatives than any other. Although I can't really prove that...since I don't speak Mandarin or Arabic or many others. I believe English also borrows more foreign words and phrases than most languages. American English does away with many letters i.e. neighbour etc, and has the tendency to shorten terms and also abbreviate to no end.Depends on British vs. American English. The plan was to do an (second ? ) altitude camp "after" the Dauphine. I think that will be possible. The collarbone will not be a problem. But the shoulder could be.We’ll know in a couple of weeks. Depends on how he’s healing

Remco Evenepoel's spring plans were thrown out the window last week when the Soudal - Quick-Step was one of those to crash hard in a nasty incident at the Itzulia Basque Country.Going down hard alongs...cyclinguptodate.com

Fatco ? Really ? What a level again. It's likely that this time Skeletor won't change the Tour into a brutal featherweight fight so Fatco can eat as much as he wants without worrying about violation of the weight limit!
No, the plan was to do a single altitude camp before Dauphine and that’s it.The plan was to do an (second ? ) altitude camp "after" the Dauphine. I think that will be possible. The collarbone will not be a problem. But the shoulder could be.

My apologies, I never heard or read that, but I could be wrong of course.Even before his crash, there was already talk of an (second) altitude training period after the Dauphiné. This was (should be) possible because Evenepoel had not yet completed an altitude training course in the spring.
My apologies, I never heard or read that, but I could be wrong of course.
You're also not able to do 3 weeks of altitude training after the dauphine, only 2 weeks. So if he can't do proper altitude training before, then I'm not sure if it's possible to get properly ready for the TDF, like he was for the Vuelta of 2022.
Yeah, then Belgian NC probably. Similar to how Pog had to do last season.I think Evenepoel will prefer a proper training block at altitude to racing Dauphine, if the situation forces him to choose. I don't think a warm up race is really that needed to guys nowadays to prepare a very high level.
This is also a funny example because in German, French and probably other languages the rules for when and which article to use are very explicit. English more laissez faire.I love the English language; it has more options and alternatives than any other. But this thread is about Remco; so my apologies.
Go Remco Go!
Maybe after the dauphine, he is going to the famous spanish hotel where he used to sleep in altitude. My apologies, I never heard or read that, but I could be wrong of course.

He lives there.I follow evenepoel on strava, and he spent a lot of weeks before Basque country and Paris Nice in the region of alicante. Was he using the famous hotel where they can sleep in altitude?
Was he using the famous hotel, or he really has a private home in the region of alicante? He lives there.
His actual home is in Alicante. Was he using the famous hotel, or he really has a private home in the region of alicante?
I saw now that he has an apartment in alicante since 2022, and that he wanted to implement in his room the set up they had on the famous hotel, to sleep in altitude. His actual home is in Alicante.

Maybe, that's why he doesn't need so many altitude camps.
don't all languages abbreviate?I love the English language; it has more options and alternatives than any other.
