Kit is good, glasses too. Helmet and bike are too glossy for my taste. Would have preferred matte. Now it's tacky imho.

I think it would've been better for the bike to keep it completely black, and use gold lines, and rings on some places. A bit more subtle like they did for the jersey.

This discussion about Landa from a couple of pages ago could have been settled much sooner if someone had clarified at the start whether top 8 GC rider means "among the 8 best GC riders in the world" or "capable of finishing in the top 8 of a (GT) GC."

the helmet and bike are a tad over the the top (for me). But not complaining. I just watched some parts of stage 1 (tour of britain) and he is very easy to spot with his new suit. So that's nice.
Completely bummed out with what happened to Van Aert. After all that already happened.... . It would have been nice to see him finish the vuelta with both the green and polka dot jerseys. And be ready for EC and WC. it's a real shame. better luck next year Van Aert. I daresay it's past time the pendulum started swinging the other way,

I think he will. It was probably the biggest motivator to win, so he could stand out like this
It will be his daily reminder to go for gold in all races. The others will be blinded when a golden flare passes them.

Definitely agree on this one!The gras is probably not greener on the other side,except for the money.
Remco is in a team that is 100% dedicated to him and they have surprised me with strong showings and high team morale when he won the Vuelta,before he got covid in 2023 Giro and Also in this years Tour! Landa was a perfect signing. Not only is he one of the worlds strongest climbing domestiques, but he has made Remco more relaxed and calm with his routine.
To have a perfect GT team you need a mix of strong climbers and roleurs, + routine and good road captains. Next seasons Tour team will be very strong: Remco,Landa,Scachmann,Cattaneo,Van Wilder, Hayter,Eenkhorn and Vervaeke. Pairet-Paintre in for Hayter or Vervaeke If he arrives!
Has anyone heard confirmation about Pairet-Paintre for 2025 btw?
