When did he go on altitude camp after his injury last year? Romandie can likely fit in with Dauphiné too, and it should work just fine to start Dauphiné undercooked.
I looked it up, he started his altitude camp on the 6th of May in Sierra Nevada last year. Important moments for his pre-TDF schedule are:
Tour de Romandie finishes 4th of May
Dauphine starts 8th of June
NC Belgium are 27th (ITT) and 29th of June (RR)
Tour de France starts 5th of July
Between Romandie and Dauphine there are 4.5 weeks. So he could even decompress after Romandie for a week and then go back to altitude. And do another short session between Dauphine and NC Belgium if he really wants to attend.
