Hey, some people on the Leinders thread think that Sky had a man cremated to hide the doping experiments they performed on him - fun doesn't begin to describe this place...

Eh?
I know it's another slow Sunday in January, but imaginations are in overdrive.
Must be a double thickness tinfoil hat day.

Geert Leinders.

You know, the doping doctor with 13 years of experience as a team doctor in the notorious EPO era that Sky decided to hire just a matter of months after stating they wouldn't hire doctors who'd previously worked in cycling.

Nothing to see here. Move along please.

Appears Hayman knows nothing, saw nothing and is not talking.

http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/hayman-refuses-to-discuss-geert-leinders

Hayman is currently at a Sky training camp but when asked about Leinders specifically he said, “If you want to talk about the Classics, or Team Sky, or young British riders, or anything like, then I’m free to talk. Otherwise, I don’t have time. Goodbye,” before putting down the phone.

Wouldnt be suprised if Porte won the vuelta this year. And of course Wiggo winning the giro and Froome winning the tour has already been decided. St. Brailsford can just decide who gets to win every race it seems.

Oh get of it.

The Olympics were the closest to being set up to win since Mosers Giro and that failed. Dodgy Dave is dodgy, but the riders decide. With or without dope.

And you can be sure that just like in the OS the other teams will spit in the faces of Sky. The unified dislike of Sky in the peloton is something I never witnessed before.

a one day race is much harder to control than a GT though. Its impossible to do anything against Wiggo and Froome when they can destroy everyone with 2 mins in the ITTs and are undroppable in the mountains.

sh!t - They're just getting greedy!!! It wasn't enough to win the first half of the season plus Tour last year-but they just literally want to "take over" the Pro-Tour Calender:eek::mad:

US Postal & LA are going to be a joke compered to what the SKY empire is about to pull off in the coming years.....

I think this is the breakaway league. They set one up just for themselves.

For real?

I have been seriously wondering how all those autobussers with Wiggins have nothing to say now he's migrated to the head of the peloton and off the front of the final GT TTs. Nada. Not one word.

Wanna know the hardest thing to control in a race?

A retiring Kazakh. Russian panache.

GO VINO!!

;)

ETA: remember the end of the Tour and Vino pummeled Levi and 3-4 of his team mates for 3 time bonuses in a row? Yeah. That dude.

It's not even July yet.

Sky are going to kill everyone.

But as long as the entire 28 riders on the payroll stay at 6.0w/kg then its 'clean'.

Yeah, that's ridiculous...

Just 'cause it's theoretically POSSIBLE doesn't mean it's remotely LIKELY.

There has been virtually no change in cycling in the last twenty years, and it continues...

Anyone seen any suggestions of Froome "peaking too early", like they queried Wiggins' performances last year?

Evans getting dropped early on the climb seemed tragic for his chances come Tour time.

Maybe now a good time to spill the beans then. If he truly is clean and has the knowledge. Career looks like its over, and unless someone spills the beans it looks like a predictable summer coming up.

Well, we saw what happened at the OS.

Nibbles just kept on attacking way out. Then when the break was through the Swiss and Spaniards just completely blew everyone at the front. Cavendish was right. Everyone was racing not to let the Brits win.

And of course this is very easy to explain. Wiggins has been extremely disrespectful against everyone who doesn't have English as a native tongue. He spat on Sastre while licking with gusto the brown exit of Lance. He extolled Cadels clean win. He chased a returning champion when there was nothing to play for.

Wiggins doesn't have many friends in Spain and Italy.

And for not breaking Omerta? Well duh... and even if they wanted, what do they know about the dope use of other teams? If you expect racers to openly accuse someone else you can wait a long time. They gladly pile on when it's in the open, but accusations? Nope.

The funniest thing is that Sky don't seem to be self-aware at all. They continue to extol their virtues of cleanliness and marginal gains, whilst seemingly being completely unaware of how these performances look on the outside. It's like they've all become so completely entangled in a web of corporate doublespeak that they've lost the ability to think beyond the Sky bubble and they can't actually comprehend that anybody might not believe the jargon they were so caught up in.

Or maybe, just matbe, they aren't measuring themselves by what Clinicians say about them?

Hey, who knows, maybe they do dope. But there's a hell of a lot of circular thinking going on where "I think they dope" = "they dope" - in which case, everything becomes evidence of doping.
