Can you imagine how much love there was for Indurain in his days...

The origin for the Sky 'hate' is their own fault. Making stupid remarks about climbing times, wattages and wattages not possible without doping - how could they know that if they are squicky clean -, no more multiple attacks in climbs, etc etc.

Sky are a PR disaster.

When they will fall, and they will, everyone will have a good laugh and move on. They are not that important in the space of time.

More importantly:
perhaps Sir David of Brailfraud could spot the clean rider on his favourite statistics site

I loathed the Indurain years of the TdF. He was a machine and that is no compliment!

Sky took JVs schtick and thought they could 'improve' it......

HArd to see when and how it will all topple! Too many will have made a lot of money from it by the time it all comes out(if it does and Pres for Life Cookson has not destroyed most of the evidence)

Brailsford has snakelike qualities.

I was not around when Indurain was dominate. He was a beast of a rider.

I Doubt Sky will topple. PR to good. Even Astana have got away with it.

I always said if JV quits he should do PR for the UCI. He's bloody good at it.

If they do it will be in many years, ala USPS.

"I worry about what mutantness will emerge out of Brailsford's blank sheet of paper next year. Porte particularly looks like he has marginal gains to claw back from the new revolution that Brailsford is plotting."

I think Froome was in top form when he tried to ride the legs off of Bertie at the Dauphine. Sky and Froome knew Bertie would only get better, that was a real shock for them. that he could not drop Bertie. They really need a TT but they forget that at his best Bertie will not lose much or any time. Porte has lost a lot of weight from recent pics. It does not matter now. Talansky proved at the Dauphine that he could follow the Sky train and beat Froome as well. Unless they have something new in the juice bag I can't see anything major happening.
I'm expecting big things from Porte this year, word is he's dropped around 6-7kgs on last year

I'm willing to put money on him getting airborne cresting St Nicholas or Roche aux Faucons at LBL next year:cool:

attacking from the saddle is a sky strategy

Except froome says it's not a strategy he only does it for comfort

Kerrison in the first link - seems to show he did work with froome - yet froome says he hardly ever did....

Sky can't keep track - which is always the first sign of lies.

They need to hire a lie performance director. Keep the bullsh!t in line and tell one story.

I think 2015 will be war on drugs..

Both SKY and Tinkov seems ready to go nuclear...

But somehow i doubt Froome is going to be a factor..

Better to forget about that loose cannon..

Porte version 3.0 and König are up to the task...

I do think, however that they will be no match for AC/Majka

The joker will be Nibali and Aru...
If they ride...

You know, it wasn't even that. It was the fact the team would show up and lay the power down like the rest of the peloton was your average Sunday cafe run. Elite cyclists being made to look like amateurs and, again, not a peep from the UCI.

If you would believe JV1973, his story was Sky had the budget to pay for MANY very good riders like no other team. Surprise, I never believed it.

Yeah, there was even someone who wanted to compare the Dream Team with la Vie Claire...

a non-dream team that became a dream team.
a BC/Sky doping program could explain it.
not sure why that has been discarded by some.
both 2010 and 2014 flood of illnesses are indications of a , let's say, non-individual program.
the involvement of guys like Sciandri and Leinders also reeks of something programmed.

God I have should a paid this forum more attention rather than spending the odd 5 minutes winding up the Sky boys over at BR with a different opinion:D

If Nibs manages to beat an in form Bertie then I def want whatever he his taking.

John Lee Augustyn and Jamie Burrow. Sky's two best ever climbers.

The amount of money that was invested only to be the team with "all the gear and no idea"

No way was Brailsford and Murdoch's men go through another season like that.

And we know the rest and we saw the results and we also saw what the extra Sky and TV news highlighted media exposure coming into a GB Olympic year [ Wiggo fest] " ker-ching" and a ever increasing influence that Sky had that year with the UCI.

And before you say That's just conspiracy ,just take a look at Fox or any of the other main media outlets in the states. It's not news it's just propaganda and money talks.

As Dave B himself said. He hates losing. 2010 hurt. 2011 had to be much more professional.
