What did the Eurosport commentator mean by Wiggins may not make the time trial? something about 120 whatever that means.

120% cuttoff? 120% would be about an hour. I dont think they know what they are talking about to be honest.

I didn't hear, but it was probably something about the '120% rule', which says that you have to finish within 120% of the winner's time to advance to the next stage.
