Not sure about the course for TJ ...maybe too explosive however he will lead from the TTT and once he gets the leaders jersey it will be hard ot take it off him...but I think Valverde will

Not a bad coure for Chaves & Yates ...but not sure of form...though grapevines says Yates brother is in great form

Valverde was much better than Nibali at SB ...Nibali couldn't even climb well

He was doing dom services for Birdsong and it's not a race that favors him though he finished 15 so it was good. I'd say Bala was less than expected.

Untrue. SB is a great race for Nibali's characteristics. However, judging from how he saved his legs - and didn't offer much assistance to Jakob in SB - there should be plenty of power for Tirreno. Piti is the bigger favourite though.

my bet go to Uran, do not know how Nibali´s form will be good enough and few seconds valverde maybe will manage to Nibali or Uran in finishes he will definitelly loose in TT and even movistar do not seems so strong in TTT as Astana e.g.

Nibali and Valverde were actually pretty close in Strade Bianche, and I'd say it's a race that favors Valverde more than Nibali.
Everything I've seen from Nibali in the past couple of months suggests he had a very good winter so there's no reason to believe his form suddenly disappeared. Again, not 100%, but much better than 2014 and 2015. Anything outside a podium in this race will be a letdown (barring crashes, team problems, etc).

Valverde will suffer the cold of this race, but I hope him to ride well. He is one of the favourites, of course. Lets see what Rodriguez can do also.

I think Brambilla could be an outside pick for a top 3 finish. Obviously on great form, should be team leader now with D Martin not racing and also should be in a strong position after the TTT.

The profiles look made for Ulissi as well, another in decent form, but will need to catch up after the TTT.

They are the best Italian hopes other than Nibali - both should finish above Pozzovivo in current form.

Yes, 3-2-1 at the intermediate sprints and 10-6-4 at the finish I believe, just like in Paris-Nice.

I don't think Valverde & J.Rod will be a factor in this one.Nibali is the favorite to win but the fight for the minor podium places will be interesting as there are many options.Let's see if EBH is still on fire.

Think his bubble may have burst in Andalucia. He was impressive in Valencia, but now some of the big guns are here and are nearer their top form I don't think he has the quality to really threaten. Also, he may well end up having to work for Kwiatkowski.

Poels is impossible to predict. Simple as that. One of the most inconsistent riders put there.

Luckily for him that on his good days he can win races.

Not sure I would make Nibali the fav for this one given his performance last weekend at the Strade Bianche. Unless he was sandbagging - which he has been known to do once or twice.
