Ive been debating starting a thread dedicated to all the “Prudencios” out there like Dayer, Antonio, Juraj, Aydar Zakarin, the other Costa, Whatever his name is Viviani, and Jesus Hernandez.

Surely it's Jesus Herrada who's the good Herrada - or at least the slightly better Herrada. He was the one who saved the Herrada family honour at the Vuelta last year, after José was beaten by the Amazingly Returning Man (Madrazo) the day before.

Hmm... is Søren Kragh good enough for Asbjørn to be a "Prudencio"? Who's the "Prudencio" of the Izagirre brothers?

Attilio, always makes me think of the character from 1900. Both Izagirres are really good but still Ion is better. Prudencio was not bad afaik, continued a couple of years after Miguel had stopped as a valued support rider. A real contender is maybe Simone Rebellin.

What an excellent race. Really a bad overall GC pick by me but I guess I'm just used to Tirreno being a race with two TT's, four sprints (of different sorts) and a light MTF.

Already last year was better but this is a real race. Kudos to the organisers, hopefully they realise that and don't draw the conclusion that a dip in viewership is due to the parcours and not a clash with the Tour...
