For Cav, the decision will not be on the last bump, but on the nearly 10km ascent starting about 27km to go. If he holds there, he will be in the sprint. It's about the other teams if they allow Cav to survive.

Cavendish is angry, that usually means he'll win the next day. I don't think the finish will bother him too much, especially since the bigger bump is pretty far away from the end.

Very unlikely after what he did yesterday. Not only he has Greipel, Sagan, Degenkolb et al. against him, but now he has his team against him as well. Can't wait to see what happens...

If anything, he's team will be working extra hard to get him to the finish in the front group.
