Cavendish is angry, that usually means he'll win the next day. I don't think the finish will bother him too much, especially since the bigger bump is pretty far away from the end.

If Cav is in form then he should make it up that climb with 18km's to go. He also seems very p***** off so that usually gives him an extra 5%.

How steep is that bump in the last 5k's?

that's written on the graph

anyway it's 1 km at 4.8%

Ah yes so it is, the joy of trying to do 3 things at once

With the sprint trains full gas at that point i cant see it being long enough for anyone to get away.

Sprint finish

For Cav, the decision will not be on the last bump, but on the nearly 10km ascent starting about 27km to go. If he holds there, he will be in the sprint. It's about the other teams if they allow Cav to survive.

If the weather is bad (and as it stands, it looks as it'll rain on the finish line), anything can happen! Looking good!

+1, He'll want to win something, just to shove it in all his haters faces. :D
I'm changing my prediction to Cav.

Very unlikely after what he did yesterday. Not only he has Greipel, Sagan, Degenkolb et al. against him, but now he has his team against him as well. Can't wait to see what happens...

If anything, he's team will be working extra hard to get him to the finish in the front group.

Weather looks truly horrible. Cannoball said: this rain makes me feel at home, it's normal for me, maybe a bit harder for the others.
