You may notice they didnt wait for Contador and Sanchez on stage 1. Therefore some of us have every right to get upset when we see that when their rivals crash, then suddenly it becomes the right thing to do to wait.

They are building some train track up to the of Puy de Dome, and IIRC it's illegal for anybody to ride up there ATM.

Yeah just the one in 2003, wasn't it? I know USPS crashed in a TTT but I don't think he went down did he?

That was CVV and it was either Heras/Pena that also went down in 2001.
