Gesink hasnt left the Tour yet, JVDB - who knows if hell recover, Frank didnt, and Horner Wiggins and Braj are great but havent proven themselves quite on the level of Anton Scarponi Menchov Nibali and are also coming back from injuries.

So not neccesarily.

Joaquim Rodriguez is a rider i forgot about though, so make it 5 way.
