His 'net searching skills are more interesting than anything else since the big crash.

it was posted by dutch site NOS. a dutch cycling fan posted about it. I recorded sky+ of it and posted it online. others retweeted.

it is not about the audience avg IQ, with Versus what you must understand is the commentators' IQ is on part with a "juvenile/senile" category of their own

They are morons/senile. That is obvious, regardless of the observers IQ, but they assume that anyone watching must be some 'America Right or Wrong' knuckle dragging fool. I really do not think Phil's knowledge of what is going on is all that different from our own, gaffe's faux pas and mal aprops aside. Paul and Bob are the juvenile and senile ones. ....and lo and behold as I am typing, Bob is blaming the whole tour's problems on Contador, what an absolute @ss.

He's too nice. He needs to slap people around a bit.

Maybe he should do a little flicking of his own.

How foolish of me to have missed that.

I'm quite torn right now. Half of me wants Voeckler to stay away and win while the other half hopes Gilbert wins for VDB2 and Omega Pharma.

I want to hear Karpets' side of the story, but I can't imagine he will be on the start like on Tuesday. Just crazy.

I hate breakaways, they really ruin races all the time. No team besides OPL wants to chase, so they'll stay away.

After watching it again - I agree Karpets is moving toward Contador before Contador pops out, but we can't see if it's been an attack or if Karpets just makes a mistake or something like that.

Hell at the rate with all these crashes with favorites, maybe Gilbert might can get a Tour Top 10 at this rate, sicne they need a team leader for GC with VDB out.

:::I am being sarcastic, but at the rate this tour is going, this might become scary possible::::

What did he do know :D You can blame many things on Contador but I don't think that's one :)

Apparently because he lost time on Stage 1, everyone is now struggling to position themselves to avoid crashes. Ipso facto it's Contador's fault that he lost time on Stage 1.

Just stoopid.

Honestly I don't see any incriminating evidence there. You'd expect the other riders around them to do something if they thought Karpets had done anything wrong on purpose.

Do you expect them to go and slap Karpets?
