They always wore yellow at the tour

I know for a fact they added more white to their kits for the Tour at least twice. 2005 and 2008 for sure. I think it depends on how much solid yellow is showing on the back of the jersey. The 2008 Tour kits were actually mostly white, if I recall.

If their kit clashing with the leader's jersey were a problem, they should also have had to change at Duaphiné, Paris-Nice, Tours de Suisse, Romandie, and Basque Country (and that's only the WT races).

That seems, historically, to have been the case, but such inconsistency removes any validity from ASO's argument if they try to insist on a change.

Wouldn't they have released something about it by now if the jersey has to be changed? Either Tinkoff-Saxo or ASO.

Maybe, but it may be that their jersey has enough blue on the back that it doesn't matter anyway.

Bit surprised.

He didn't look very optimistic talking about his chances and said that when the team calls him later today he won't lie about his situation and form.

I'm happy that he's there but maybe it would of been better if he had some rest cause I feel that he has raced too much after his surgery. Maybe going to Vuelta would of been better option for him.

Of course there is. I believe it's 24/48hrs before the start of the first stage.
