Quintana looking good, hopefully another crazy Quinatan third week will be coming up, but I don't think it will be enough to dethrone Froomey, but I'm looking forward to the Alpes.

Quintana will cause Froome problems in the Alps, enough to win I don't know but he is looking good to get some time back and he looks to be getting stronger as he race continues. Froome will need to be at his best for all of the Alps otherwise he will lose this tour.

Amazing from Cummings!!! Froome doing an Aru Quintana looks increasingly better, should be good for at last a stage win in the alps. Valverde now the clear favourite (in my eyes) for that last podium spot.

Great win for Cummings, he came from a long way back and timed it perfectly.

TJ van Garderen is simply not good enough, a very good rider but not tour winning quality. If he tries for the Giro or the Vuelta he might sneak a win there but definitely not at the tour.
