If Quintana doesn't attack now, when he is 2-1-1 against Froome and a perhaps weak Nibali, and instead just gets piti to do the work, you know he is riding for 2nd.

FRUSTRATING!!!! Why isnt there any decent GPS tracking in the tour?!?!
I can look at detailed pictures of Pluto but I can't seem to get any decent GPS info from the biggest yearly sporting event in the world.... MADNESS!

Pluto pictures aren't live or so highly detailed. Not for me at least.
