Doubt Quintana can catch and then drop Pinot, what with the false flat at the finish. That said, it should be close either way

holy **** quintana has more than a minute on froome, yea neeltje jans did it lol

I think that's a bit simplistic. If not for Neeltje Jans I wouldn't have been surprised Froome would have tried to take more time in the Pyrenees, he decided it was settled after 1 mountain since he knew it was won.

Now of course that would have meant he used more energy as well, so it would've been more exciting, but it's not as easy as saying he lost 1:28 there so he would've been that much closer right now.

Froome getting spat on again

Froome should adopt the use of the Hinault approach more.

Hi Afrank - how you doing ? :)

Yes agreed - Hinault would have got off his bike - smacked the guy and carried on . . .

Every person who boos him, preferably.
Would be satisfying to watch, and also cost minutes.

Well it's obvious now, quintana's 3rd week is really good while froome's 3rd week is average at best. Except for vuelta 2014 but that doesn't count since froome didn't start in top shape

Average at best? That's a bit ingenious. It's a 3 week race not a one week one.

Froome tried on the plateau but he couldn't gap him.
