He said he hoped Richie Porte gets well soon, that Sagan being out was too bad, that he didn't care to predict who would win, but noted that Froome looks strong and the Marseille time trial would be decisive. No, I'm not making any of this up, and he said these things unprompted, he wasn't just giving politician answers to loaded questions or anything.

Am I the only one to be severely bothered by Stephen Cummings' attitude?

I know he has won a couple of stages the past years but it's ridiculous to see him just sitting at the back of the field every single day, not lifting a finger for anyone, with the faint hope that he may be able to sneak into a break on a day suiting his characteristics. And today is most certainly one of those days, yet he just sits tagging along once again at the backmost position, not even bothering to try to look like one who cares about anything.

I guess Cummings sits there as he is probably going back to the car regularly and he prefers to sit there as it is safer. Voeckler prefers to sit at the back too.
