A Gentleman like Froome(your words) doesn't make it, what's happened

He was taken a few picks after I got Armstrong. If he had been there for pick 19 I would have taken him (over Chicken)

You just knew it could be an interesting stage.

Actually, it has the potential to be absolutely epic! :)

I think Greipel survived. I see a lot of teammates in the Kittel group, but not Greipel. Not sure though.

Gap almost 1 min to Kittel group which has Bouhanni and Groenewegen. Once they get to 2nd and 3rd climb gap will rise again.
BMC, Sunweb and DD riding in peleton.

Kittel absolutely cooked. He will be glad if he comes inside the limit today.Even if he wasn't disqualified, they would take some sprint points for sure.

Yeah, confirmed! His train is gone though. Only Benoot, Gallopin and De Gendt left and they all 3 attacked.

Why are Quickstep riding in the group behind wasting energy over a very outside chance of getting points in an intermediate sprint especially given there is another climb for Kittel to get over. Bizarre.

Great quality but too many egos I reckon. Porte will happily bow down, and Schleck might too, but Nibali and Quintana and Rasmussen will happier force Armstrong to go cross country again than work for him.

Better unity on team "Les Forçats de la Route" ;)

What are they going to save energy for? Might as well try to get back on
