It looks like this edition has already one winner. Martyr Sagan. :)
The one who got disqualified for breaking someone's shoulder, or the one who got thrown out for finishing outside the time limit?
I don't even know why he's still mentioned in this race, because he is out of it since Tuesday.

His brother was in it until today...

Yeah, okay, Pinot needs a sprint train.

Pinot might need a bidon, a wheel, a jacket, a push, a toilet break, etc etc............doms do more than lead outs. But you know that of course and just forgot

Having more teammates gives you more options. You could use a few of them get into the breakaway with Pinot and maybe challenge for a stage win for instance.

There's also all the getting bidons/food etc duties where only having more teammates can help.

Really annoyin for you. Isn't it? :D ]
It is mentioned here just because of todays Froome Aru incident.
Karma is ***. Isn't it UCI?
No way DQ, hardly any penalization. In both cases.

Trying to keep Démare in the race was worth the risk, if you ask me.
Agreed. Pinot is likely nowhere near his best after the Giro and was one of the first of the breakaway riders beaten today on a stage that he was all out for. Without Demare they had nothing and have nothing - they needed to do whatever they could to keep him in the race. I doubt Delage and co would have wanted to leave him anyway - sprint teams tend to be pretty tight

According to Frans Maassen, Dan Martin fel a 2nd time in the downhill. He also said that some Sky rider, Nieve, fell in the final downhill again.
The 2nd part of the descent with a partially wet/partially dry road looked scary, I wouldn't want to descent on something like that in a race.

Don't agree. Froome rode like a champ. Astana, wants to make time on rivals. Great stage, full gas.
A 'champ' is above petty behaviour.
So you cannot be talking about Chris Froome.

Curious. All I saw Froome do was put time in his rivals. If he had a physical altercation with Aru, I did not see it, I am against that. More worried about the physical condition of Porte, than any petty incident, anyway.Hardcore stage, and Armstrong called it yesterday, major upset, and carnage during the final descent, very sad to see.

D.M said he had no brakes for his 2nd crash. Obviously they got mashed in the first crash and after he got a new wheel he took off and had no idea so immediately came off again. :surprised:

One thing comes to mind after today, if you completely ignore the jerseys, all of them, and just watch for the racing itself, the drama, some of the stages have been pretty exciting for the most part.

I know, not easy to do that since this is the Tour and all, but it seems to work for me.

His front brakes weren't working after the first crash, so he crashed at the next hairpin
