Good to see Contador close to Froome.
Can't believe what's happening to him today. If doesn't lose time, he'll be a serious contender.
Just tuned in. What has happened to him??

Crashed twice. One downhill, one uphill

A crash on the descent. Not hurt but took a while to ride back up.
And then, on the climb, he crashed again (seemed like he was pushed), but quickly caught up.

Tiesj Benoot? He came 3rd in the Omloop, 4th in KBK, 9th in a print stage last week. How is he there?
He also was 12th in the Dauphine. ;)

Contador is not a very good bike handler but that uphill crash was very strange. Someone take him down

It was a certain wheel-sucking colombians fault
Says you. That Quintana was involved doesn't mean it was his fault. We don't know how it happened.

The second coming of Geraint Thomas!

He has shown himself to be talented at climbing since the Dauphiné in his debut season.

Thanks. That explains why he was at the back of the group when I tuned in

It wasn't meant as a dig at him, but rather a testament to his versatility.

Thanks....watching French TV....f$&ken nightmare in terms of who is where and what..

They are obsessed with showing the "tete de la course" the whole time, which I guess it's kind of disrespectful not showing them. But still everyone knows the real race is behind them.
