Even tho the stage design can be whatever and the cyclists decide how hard it is gonna be raced... I blame whoever designed this stage more than the cyclists this time

Been two stressful days tho, so I dont blame them for taking it easy. Sunday gonna make up for today and tomorrow hopefully

Lol what? The people who designed the route for this Tour need to be banned from cycling for life.

Agree. The riders are purposely riding slow because of the last 2 stages and the stages to come. They all agreed to take it easy.
 
It's another instance of purposely ignoring some decent roads in the area. The Perche is beautiful, lots of rolling hills and villages. But they're rolling right through it to Chartres, where it's flat as a board.
