Matthews and Colbrelli should both be able to contest the intermediate sprint, which is after Col de Port.

Very nice to see Stuyven and Pedersen in the same gear and with synchronised pedalling.

I think to make things more exciting I am just going to pretend that every rider that goes off the front is actually their team leader.

Usually DQS's tactics are nice and simple. But what are they doing there? Since Asgreen unlike Ala doesn't tend to leave his brain at the start it must be something clever, too clever for me.
Asgreen can win like this.

But it would help if Alaphilippe would be in the chase group.

Asgreen has tried to get off the front on several stages so far. For some reason the breaks with Ala in them just seem to last longer.

Secure getting in the break, as well as not doing crazy accelerations uphill. If Asgreen is not overcooking himself it should be fine.

Now I know why Ala hasn't been sighted yet.

That weird neutral zone was CP informing JA; "Aren't you forgetting something?"
