Who are these top sprinters not there?

Merlier? Cav done him in Belgium anyway. Groenewegen? Not done in a big race in months. Demare? He was there. Ewan and Bennett? Both injured, so what?. Nobody was willing to give Cav any TdF wins when he was ill, so shouldn't be willing to take any away from him if others are incapacitated .
